The problem

Manga readers usually trade privacy for convenience. Libraries live in someone else's cloud.

Mitsu keeps the collection and progress on the machine that owns it.

The approach

Import once, read anywhere offline. Progress stays local, sync is opt-in.

The interface stays quiet: library first, reader second, settings last.
